Located at 3490 Riverly Road, the sale marks the largest on-market [.fow1-2]residential[.fow1-2] sale in Atlanta in the last three years, according to First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) data.

The property, which includes a 14,0000+ square foot main house, a horse [.fow1-3]barn[.fow1-3] and riding paths, a large garage, and a par three golf hole, was sold by Kim and Tom Noonan. The [.fow1-1]estate[.fow1-1] attracted multiple qualified buyers before the March 4 sale date.

"The moment we drove up [to it] more than 20 years ago, we fell in love with the house,” said Kim Noonan. “The [place] was perfect, and over the years, we made three [next-door] land purchases and many improvements. Shanna understood [how special the house and property was,] and she was [particular] in every [part] of the [.fow2-1]marketing[.fow2-1] and sale of our home.”
